/blog URL – Getting 404

All permalinks seem to be working fine, except for when I hit the /blog/ URL (I’ve tried with and without the trailing slash). I get a 404 when I hit that. This occurred within the last week, and I haven’t made any changes that would have altered the permalink structure during that time. Since getting this, I’ve tried updating the permalink structure, removing the htaccess file completely and letting WP rebuild it, and disabling any new plugins that have been installed recently, but no dice.
