Since January my site shows only the posts I wrote in 2018 or before. It is not showing the posts I wrote this year, 2019. But if I search for the post title, it appears. And it doesn’t show the changes I have made in the blog configurations. I don’t know what is happening.

Another thing is that the Visual Composer is no longer active. All posts and pages are no longer in Visual Composer format. I do not know why that happened. My Visual Composer came along with the theme I bought back in 2016, the MelodySchool theme. I don’t understand why it is no longer available in my wordpress.

Can you help me, please? I am desperate.

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

It worked. I disabled the Envato WordPress Toolkit.

Now my Blog is updating normally. Thanks a lot.

But my Visual Composer is still no working.

Do you know what I can do?

For commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    Visual Composer Support: http://support.wpbakery.com/

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way. See https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products

They wpbakery says that I don’t have the license, but I had for 2 years because I bought the theme MelodySchool.

Why did it suddenly stop working?

    Please ask them.
