Blog times out when publishing or saving posts

    Hello,

    I have a wordpress blog and i’ve been running it for some time. I’ve been having this issue where when I udpate a post or publish a post my whole blog just times out on the user end and on the admin dashbaord. I can’t find any information on this on the internet and it’s frustrating.

    When this happens my blog becomes useless for about 2 minutes and then comes back online. Why is this and how can I fix this problem?

    It’s odd that no one can help me here. I can’t even work on my blog because everytime i try to do something it screws up. Can someone help me??? I went with wordpress because I thought the support was great; maybe I should have stayed with joomla.

    I find it hard to believe that Joomla support is any better than WordPress. Some things are answered quickly, some are not, no matter the software or the forums.
    Updating your blog may or may not help. If you want to give it a try(which I would suggest) Make sure you have a good backup of everything first and follow the upgrade instructions to the letter.
    There is also the possibility of it being a problem with a plugin. Try deactivating your plugins and see if it makes a difference. If it does, reactivate them one by one until you find the culprit.

    I tried your method and unferotunately no sucess. I thought it was the all in one seo plugin but it turns out that it still does the blank page regardless..

    anyone else have any suggestions???

    I really need to get this fixed…. It’s been a week now.. someone please.
