Blog Setup For Students

I have a blog created and as the administrator, I’d like to create three separate posts for each student to respond to. It’s important that each student’s comments on my post are not viewable by fellow students, though. I assume I should assign the role of “Subscriber” to each student account, but how do I set things up so that each student and I are the only ones to see each post?

Example: Post 1 requires student Joe Smith to answer a guiding question via comments. Joe does so, but it’s only viewable by Joe and myself. Likewise, post 1 requires student Mary Smith to answer a guiding question via comments. Mary does so, but it’s only viewable by Mary and myself. Thanks.
