Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

If you check my website. http://www.newimageconstruction.com. you’ll see a blank blog screen. I don’t know where to start.

can you make effort to re-read the above links? they are step by step instructions. check out resetting via FTP instruction on same page

I’m trying to figure out what that means..
I have No idea what that means. The guy who made that website retired and is nowhere to be found,
    I’m a contractor , I don’t want to screw things up.

do I do this in wordpress or where the site is hosted ?

at place where website is hosted , get FTP info or cpanel/backend info and see if you can access files.

You use FTP where the site is hosted. Alternatively, the hosting provider may offer a file manager in their hosting panel.

Contact your hosting provider for help with that, and see the guides linked to in the first reply for specifically what to do.

No Dashboard access is required for any of this.

Your action is necessary. It looks like you’re not running the latest PHP on your site(s). MOJO Marketplace requires PHP version 5.3 or later, and installation is not recommended until this upgrade is made. You can easily and quickly upgrade PHP through the CGI and Scripted Language Support section of your control panel.

    and this:
Please note: MOJO Marketplace works on active domains that point to our servers. Your account shows at least one domain that is inactive or does not point to our servers. You can easily manage your domains through the DomainCentral section of the Control Panel. The following is a list of your domains where MOJO Marketplace will not function

I guess see if your hosting provider has PHP 5.3 or higher for you. If not, ask why they’re keeping you on such an old version of PHP (PHP 5.3 was released in 2009).
