Blog posts overlapping since upgrade to 3.9

As the title says. The rest of my site appears to be unaffected. Only the first blog post is displayed (I have a static home page, with blog for posts). All subsequent posts are underneath the first post.

This issue only occurred since I upgraded to 3.9.
I’d appreciate any suggestions or solutions. I have already tried disabling all plugins with no success.
