    Hi there,

I’m just starting to use Creative Mail. I’ve had success signing up for an account, and linking it to my WordPress account (it says the 2 are linked on my dashboard).

But when I go into Creative Mail and try to create a campaign, I’m unable to select a blog post to populate the email. According to the Creative Mail instructions and video demos I’ve seen, my blog posts should automatically populate after I select the blog post template. Instead, it jumps right to selecting a style, and that’s my only option.

Is there anything else I can do to get my blog posts to show up in Creative Mail?

    Thanks!

Hi @dinksonabus. In order to use this feature, the blog post page must be published in your site to get linked into creative mail. Let us know if this helped you.

Hi! Thanks, and sorry for not clarifying. I do in fact have posts published on my site that were not showing up previously in Creative Mail.

I have finally been able to visualize the posts by duplicating the block when editing the campaign. When I go to “select blog post”, the published posts now show up in a separate window, but I cannot click any of them to “select” them.

I have tried multiple computers and browsers and have tried refreshing my cache and cookies, but nothing has worked so far.

    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks!
