• He guys,

    My website is menlife.nl.
I was changing some settings within the yoast SEO plugin (diasabling author and date pages). After I did this, I can’t reach the individual blog posts. Only the homepage and category pages seem to work.

I already tried putting the settings back to before but it doesn’t help.

Hopefully someone can help me, let me know if ytou guys need anything else to help me.

UPDATE: If i change the permalink structure to “standard” the blog posts work again. However, this is not an option since I would like to keep the clean URL structure as I have it.

  • Disable Yoast and toggle the permalinks to something else and then back to where you really want them…

Test a little bit then turn Yoast back on once you’re satisfied things are back to right and then set Yoast up as you want it. Most of the changes Yoast made to individual posts or pages won’t be lost or affected when you turn Yoast off.

Yoast’s setting when you turn it back on will probably reflect the repaired permalinks as needed and hopefully, it will sort itself out the rest of the way.

If you then have troubles after that you’ll need to ask Yoast support for help.
