    Hello,

I loaded my site’s blog this morning (http://texaslivingwater.wpstagecoach.com/blog), only to find that when I click on any specific post, the page that loads is just completely white. However, when I view the source code, everything is there as it should be. Blog posts are the only part of the site where this issue occurs.

    Here’s an example page: http://texaslivingwater.wpstagecoach.com/getting-desalination-right-in-texas/

I’m honestly not sure when this issue first started occurring – I am working with updating the WordPress site using the staging platform WPStageCoach, so I have been focusing on other areas of the site for the past few weeks and am just now returning my attention to the blog. The last time I viewed the blog pages, this problem did not exist.

Any help would be incredibly appreciated. I looked at the code for the theme’s blog post template to see if I could troubleshoot that way, but if there’s anything wrong in that code, it’s not apparent to me.

    Have you tried:
    – Flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches. Not just your browser, but any op cache or content network cache as well such as Cloudflare. If your host provider has a “Purge Varnish” option or if you can ask your provider to flush memcache on your server. If you are using SiteLock, manage your caching there.
    – deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Sixteen.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

It appears that the issue is linked to the Social Sharing Toolkit plugin… where the disconnect happens, I don’t know. Is that something this forum can help me with, or should I contact the plugin’s support team?

I thought I had already deactivated all the plugins before posting this, but I must have skipped over the one that was causing the issue (lesson learned: do bulk actions in the future, not one by one).

I recommend asking at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/social-sharing-toolkit so the plugin’s or theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.
