To add rounded corners to the previous/next navigation buttons, you can use this CSS:

.single .previous-post i {
border-radius: 20px;
}

.single .next-post i {
border-radius: 20px;
}

You can add this in:

Dashboard → Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS
