Hey team,

Good morning…

Can you please tell me how this website has structured their blog post in this way.

I mean to say they have different width on the same blog post for different sections.

For better understanding – Check this screenshot

Ps: they have not created it with a page builder and they are using Astra theme.

they seem to be using https://wordpress.org/plugins/otter-blocks/

and an Astra Pro Addon plugin.

maybe ask in https://wordpress.org/support/theme/astra

The content part is all done with plugin shortcode ultimate:

You can see the same thing by using the browser inspector tool.

Yup I understand what you are asking.
