Blog Post Background Image Strip in Categories

    When listing posts in Categories a strip of the background image “bleeds through” behind the title. To remove the background image removes image on all pages as well.

    Is there anyway to remove background image on post entry inner header only or do I need to create blog template file and custom header file in child theme?

    This is being done in localhost I have screen shot but no url.
