Blog Page template

    I am using the twenty-ten theme and I want to create a blog page that will list my blogs. I cannot find where in the theme or text editor to indicate this is a blog page and have it behave like a blog page.

    In other themes I have used when I create a page I am given the option of selecting a blog template and this creates my blog page.
