    Hello,

I am currently strugging with this theme.
I set the start-page settings to a fixed page, the start-page referring to my start-page, the blog-page to my blog: http://noel-fhc.de/blog
But as you can see on the start page, it won’t show my blog page there. I chosed this theme because it had the opportunity for a fixed start page with the blog posts below.

How can I make this work?

(I’m sorry if my descriptions are a bit off, my editor is in german and english is not my native language either)
    Thanks a lot!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Do you have a screenshot/image of what you’re wanting to achieve? If you’re talking about something like the layout that is shown in the screenshot of the theme, that is just from widgets being added into the Front Page template.

    Hi Jarret,

thank you for trying to help me 🙂

Here is the standard-page for TwentyTwelve and what I think it shows:
    http://abload.de/image.php?img=unbenannt-1k7k7c.jpg

Here I showed the current stage of my site and what I want:
    http://abload.de/image.php?img=unbenannt-26qkm7.jpg

I would like that the welcome-page sticks on top, but below that there should be the blog, showing the latest blog posts.

my current start-page settings are these:
    http://abload.de/image.php?img=unbenannt-3awj0v.jpg

It is in german, sorry, I set it to static, added the link to my welcome-page and the content-site is referring to my blog-page. The blog-page itself works fine and shows the latest entries.

The theme in’t designed to show a blog post list like you’re talking about on the homepage. the ‘Meet the Team’ part in the images is from a Custom HTML widget with ‘Meet the Team’ set as the widget title and then the content in the text box area.

However with that said, you might be able to find a plugin that adds a widget to list your blog posts with the title/content and then you can add that widget into the First Front Page Widget Area. I’m not sure of a plugin offhand that would have this functionality though.
