Blog Page Navigation Problem

    There appears to be a bug in my theme since new WP install.

    Blog page navigation http://sarahmyers.co.uk/blog/ Page 2 link goes to NOT FOUND PAGE (also wrong position on chrome).

    Page 2 link generated includes post name which seems to be wrong?

    Theme is Good Minimal and is no longer supported.

    Do I need to change something in wp-pagenavi.php if not there then where?

    Tearing my hair out ;(
