Blog page Facebook style with comments

Hi,

I have been searching for a way to have a blog page that displays posts, but also has a few comments underneath each post on the main blog page. Similar to how a facebook newsfeed is like.

I know Facebook is made with React, but has anyone come across a simple plugin that is similar?
