Blog not detected by search engines

    We just signed up and posted our first blog in December. The problem is that it seems not to be available through search engines such as google although we indicated that it should be. Is there something else that we need to do to make it available on the web?

    Well, other people need to link to it for them to find it.

    Also, running the Google Sitemap Generator helps tell them about it…

    Eastern Queens Alliance shows up on top with both Google and Live Search. The more links you have, the more you will show up. And the longer your blog is up, the more cached pages will be listed.

    Key word searches are much more difficult. If you want to show up in the top ten via your key words it probably won’t happen.
