 * Does anyone know of a way to migrate a blog from WP hosting to our own hosting
   service? I have been writing to this blog for 7 months and have both a ton of
   articles, but improved Alexa ranking that we do not want to loose. I realize 
   that if we use a new template and hosting all of the dates for the articles etc
   will be lost and I want to keep that in tact if possible.

 * If your host can grab a backup of the MySQL database, you can restore that over
   the database of an empty blog. Log into the new database and update the ‘site_url’
   in the ‘wp_options’ table if your URL has changed. This should do it.
