# Blog loads without theme

 * Dear all!.
    Is there anybody can help me solve this problem, please!. When I 
   load my blog site, I get it without theme like [this image.](http://gubkin.edu.vn/library/uploads/2016/02/Screenshot-249.png)
   or get the theme but the header and footer get problem with the red stop Icon
   like [this image. ](http://gubkin.edu.vn/library/uploads/2016/02/Screenshot-248.png).
   I got trouble with this a month ago but I can not find the solution. I try to
   rewrite the .haccess file or the config.php file or disable all the plugins, 
   even changed the theme but nothing changes. This is my website: [http://gubkin.edu.vn](http://gubkin.edu.vn)

 * It doesn’t look like the site has that problem now. It’s all showing as I’d expect
   it to.

 * It happens less frequently but It bothers me strongly. Please, Look at the images
   for example instead.

 * If it doesn’t happen all of the time, that points to it being a problem with 
   either your server not serving out the right files when it’s needed, or your 
   browser not interpreting the files the right way.
 * But… the images that you show do give good clues. The one where it looks almost
   right, but there’s the background with the red circle with the line through it,
   that’s suggesting that there’s a background image that’s not being served sometimes.
   with the other blog category page, that looks like the stylesheet isn’t being
   served sometimes. If that’s intermittent then it does look like it’s a problem
   with your server not sending out the files that it’s meant to.
