Blog is displaying header and then breaking right at the title tag

    I have installed the theme is the correct folder right under /webdocs/wordpress/wp-content/themes.

    The header displays fine but no display after that. The code is breaking right at the following line of code:

    <h2 class=”title”><a href=”http://sikhtoons.com/wordpress/?p=3&#8243; title=”Permanent Link to

    Any idea what could be going on here?
