blog homepage and pages order

hello

I just begin my blog with the Blix theme > http://crowdsourcing.free.fr/blog/

I would like to get an homepage when I launch the blog, not an “articles” page but a simple page of presentation. How can I change the “Home” link, and even the title “Home” ? I cannot see “Home” in the list of pages.
