 * I am a very basic wordpress user and I am having problems with the following
 * 1. finding a solid blog plugin (top rated). I went to search but it is not easy
   for me to pick which one is best. I want a simple yet up to date, popular, clean
   and streamlined blog page for my [http://www.parkingangelsapp.com](http://www.parkingangelsapp.com).
 * 2. I tried putting a plugin I found and then I messed up the table of contents
   so none of them work properly too. It used to be where you would click contact
   and it would take you down to the bottom of the page, same with about us too.
   Can you help guide me with fixing this too please?
