 * i have several question,, i have been searching the site for hours, bu it still
   doesn’t work.
    my blog can be found at http://jodydonnelly.com
    if you want to
   see the problem.
    1. i have several categories of blogs: journal, column, articles…
   as you see, and now i would like an archive by category and postbypost but when
   i use wp_list_cats he says i have no categories, am i doing something wrong? 
   2. my footer keeps floating on my header, how can i move it to the footer? 3.
   when i write a page, i get 404 when i view it, it says that it is categorized
   but i didn’t do that, how can i create a page and view it properly and how canplay
   my contact form

 * The admin div is the first thing called above doc type so start with that.
 * PS your div id footer has a class of nav but this is all I can offer right now
   at 4 am
