Blog excerpts on blog roll page are not active. No hyperlinks?

    Hello,

    So I made a couple of test blog posts and I went to the blog roll page, and the blog posts are just static. Also they are supposed to be excerpts. Weird! I have used the twenty twelve theme multiple times and never ran into this problem.

    I didn’t make any adjustments to the content.php file at all.
