BLOG ENTRIES TO A WEB SITE? PHP? DATABASE?

    Here is what i am trying to do…

    I have a web site that is not wordpress and i would like to have my 4 newest entries on my wordpress blog site to be on my non-wordpress site almost like a new updates type section.

    I know this will probably be a php script talking to the database but i was wondering maybe if there was just a widget out there that i could just style to the theme of my website that has my top 4 blog entries on it?

    Any help is appreciated!

    You can get the wordpress post details into your non wordpress site with the simple help of RSS file.

    Im not really familiar with RSS feeds… So would i have to add a RSS widget to my wordpress site then link it to my non-wordpress site?
