 * I have searched the forums and can’t figure out what I’m sure is a simple thing–
   how does one make the description that is entered under general options show
   up in the header? I assume that is where it is supposed to show up?
    Forgive
   this newbie for what is probably a very dumb question! Thank you, Mark

 * Mark,
    There are no dumb questions here. I have wondered that very same thing
   myself, except I’ve never followed up on it like you just did. Thanks for posting
   your question!

 * bloginfo(‘description’);
    You can add that after bloginfo(‘name’).

 * i got it to work but then the description is the same size as the title…i guess
   putting it here is probably not the answer I’m looking for.

 * Mark,
    You can put it anywhere you like…I created a CSS class called “subtitle”
   and did my styling there. Then, I put the subtitle text onto the page whereever
   I felt like having it. You could put it in its own DIV if you like. The “where”
   is really up to you.
