Blog deleted by mistake trying to get a network

Hi,
my blog was http://www.viaggiare-low.cost.it, hosting at GoDaddy. I was trying to use the same hosting for another blog using wordpress but I think I did all wrong and now the first blog doesn’t exist anymore. I can only see the Hello World page instead! Can I recover it? HELP HELP HELP!!
