 * I have installed the plugin **cets_blogtopics** which is meant to enable me to
   create categories for blogs example:- [http://www.squidoo.com/](http://www.squidoo.com/).
 * I have the plugin installed and categories written in; but how do i implement
   it onto the page???is their a shortcode or something

    thanks for your help. I really have basic knowledge. Where are the
   two additonal files as I upload the plugin from more wordpress admin
