blog-by-mail –> no connection to any pop3

    HI,
    just got a problem with the blog-by-mail function. doesnt matter which mail account i´am using (neither yahoo nor GMX) the script is unable to connect to the pop3 server. i´ve tried it with the integrated solution as well as with postie and i´am always gettin an error message

    Connecting to pop.mail.yahoo.de:110 (pop3))
    Mail Connection Time Out

    Common Reasons:

    Server Down

    Network Issue

    Port/Protocol MisMatch

    The Server Said POP3 connect: Error [] []

    any guess what´s going wrong here??ß
    maybe my server isn´t supporting any neccessary things???
