 * When I update the theme Blocksy, cart flow didn’t work. In the footer there is
   a banner and I don’t know how to remove it

   Could you please give us more details, what is really not working?
 * Also if you are referring to [this banner](https://tppr.me/ecIrU), then I could
   tell you that it doesn’t come from our theme, it’s from a cookies consent plugin
   you have installed.

 * [@creativethemeshq](https://wordpress.org/support/users/creativethemeshq/) I’m
   facing the same issue. The footer from Blocksy theme appears on my Checkout page
   with cartflows but the theme doesn’t actually work. Only a basic html view of
   footer is displayed (works fine with other pages). I tried disabling all plugins
   except for woo & cartflows but still had no luck. Any help would be much appreciated
