    Now quite a lot of users go to VPN due to working from home. When my customer complained, I found at least 4 real users blocked in 1 day. Please help to deal with it. Now, the plugin just reduces the number of sales…

    IP addresses of VPN services are often used by spammers. So a single IP address can be used by both real users and spammers.

    We’ll anaylyze your requests and contact you on results within 1-2 days.

    Also, please, enable the option “WooCommerce checkout form” in plugin settings.

    We’ve analyzed your feedback. As I said in my previous reply, there is no way to find a difference between visitors when they use VPN.

    Requests from your feedback were blocked due to the high spam-activity of the IP addresses.

    Also, please make sure that you enable the option “WooCommerce checkout form” in plugin settings.

    It should solve the issue of blocking of the payments.
