    Cleantalk may be good at blocking spam when it works, but sadly we have discovered that it also randomly blocks legitimate form submissions.
    I don’t mean it flags them as spam, it literally just blocks the form being submitted, and you will never receive the submission and won’t even know that you never received the form submission.
    Since we started using clean talk one site, we discovered many dozens of leads from the website were being lost each week.

    It turns out that clean talk does not work with caching plugins, as confirmed by clean talk support, and they expect you to be logging into your site constantly clearing the caching on your site, all day every day, nonstop, in order to make the plugin work.

    Obviously this is ridiculous, So I am now advising all my clients to remove clean talk.

    We have just responded about your issue by email. CleanTalk works great with all cache plugins and CDNs.

    We tested your form on the site and the form gives an error regardless of the CleanTalk plugin.

    Our plugin is designed to catch the request before the form gives its error. Therefore, you saw in the CleanTalk logs requests that were received due to an error in the form itself but did not receive these requests on the site.

    In this case, on the contrary, CleanTalk saved requests in the logs that you might not receive. We assumed that the error in the form is due to caching. But this requires separate research.

    I hope that now the situation is more clear and you will be able to change your mind and give a different rating.
