Blocking valid product reviews

I’m having exactly the same problem as https://wordpress.org/support/topic/blocking-valid-comments-2/ – not with comments on blog posts, but after trying to leave a product review on product pages.

I get an error message saying that it’s either spam or javascript is disabled. I know for sure javascript isn’t disabled and I know I’m not spamming.

I never had any issue like this before. I had to deactivate WP Armour in order to receive product reviews.

Note: I do see the WP Armour Test widget below the product review section. I’m using the standard Woocommerce product review functionality.

Any chance you can activate and let me know ? Or may be create a staging site and activate there so that i can check your site without having trouble in your main site ?

Seems like you are using Cache plugin. Can you please clear its cache ? I still don’t see our plugin’s javascript file there.

There is still cache issue. Are you using multiple cache plugins ? Can you let me know all of them ?

It might be OPcache or Redis. I purged both. Might take some time to take effect on my provider’s servers.

Think you are also using WP Rocket. And WP rocket is still holding old plugin’s js file.

Can you please clear all cache types there ? May be OPCache / CDN cache and so on ?

I can confirm it is cache related. If i check page adding extra query vars it starts working like this one. https://www.reverta.nl/rosacea-creme/?ver=1234567890

I just checked your site and seem like the cache is fully cleared and can see our plugin working there fine. If you are still having the issue, please do let us know.

It’s working fine again, thanks a lot.

However, I receive a lot of spam registrations lately. How do I know if Honeypot works on the WP registration form? Obviously there’s no WP Armour Test widget since I cannot be logged in when testing the WP registration.

The registration form you have there is from WooCommerce. We only have WooCommerce registration form support in our Extended version.
