The total cache program is blocking the full integration. The images aren’t being added and it is making the items show out of stock. When I saw the product didn’t load right I cleared the cache again. I can see that you also have Object Cache enabled. Using both Object Cache and DB cache can cause issues on some occasions. You should leave DB cache disabled if Object cache is enabled. Object Cache allows getting data from the database more efficiently. Its purpose is similar to what Database Cache does. But compared to Database Cache, Object cache is more efficient as it allows to process fewer requests.
