The IP address links back to a Wisconsin state government server, and it is not on any blacklist that I can find. * I tried clearing blocked IPs through the “Blocked IPs” menu in the dashboard … but it gets immediately blocked again when the customer tried to view his shopping cart. * Here’s the message (from the dashboard): Wordfence Live Activity: Blocking IP 165.189.174.253. Also very lenient with anyone else, crawler or human. * This is what I use for some of my production sites: [http://s29.postimg.org/qv3jegiif/firewallsettingfnet.jpg](http://s29.postimg.org/qv3jegiif/firewallsettingfnet.jpg) * The thing that I wonder about is that you outright block instead of throttle which slows it down a little if someone is in a hurry but doesn’t stop them from visiting the site. I know sometimes when I’m buying on amazon, I can click pretty fast if I know what I want. I’ll see if that helps (though it’s so long after the problem was posted, that customer’s issue is long ago solved otherwise/ other ways).
