# Blocking email on registering

 * Hi, Good Day,
 * I am following the step given at [Block Email address on Registration – Ultimate Member](https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1604-block-email-address-on-registration).
   But when tested on my website, it didn’t block the email as listing in the “Restricted
   content/other” > “Blocked email address”. Not sure why it didn’t block the email
   address? Appreciated your help. THank you
