Blocking EDD emails

    Hi there,

    I can’t be sure if the issue comes from CleanTalk, but it started right after its installation on my website sportchezsoi.com

    Since then, when customers buy one of my programs as the one in the attached link, they receive the proof of payment but not the e-mail with the links for the product generated by the Easy Digital Download plugin. I’m asking myself if this could be due to an over protection from CleanTalk.

    Could you check that for me, please?

    Hello.
    Did you try to deactivate CleanTalk plugins and check if the issue still persists?

    Can you confirm that if you deactivate CleanTalk plugins the issue’s gone?

    No, it is impossible as I don’t know when a visitor is going to buy and I don’t want to deactivate the CleanTalk plugin for a long period. I was just expecting that you had any advice or idea about this issue.

    We haven’t been informed about any similar issue with Easy Digital Download plugin. But we would like to test it on our side.
