    We are a marketing agency and on a few of the sites that we are managing our office ip is getting blocked by the firewall.

    Also in the backend i get the message “Blocked. Hazardous network. Security source.”

    I have added our IP to be blacklisted by still i keep getting blocked.

    Any suggestion?

    Hello, @margas6.

    I checked your CleanTalk profile and refreshed your Personal Lists data.

    Please, update the Security plugin first:
    • WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Security by CleanTalk —> line “update now”.

    And synchronize it:
    • WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Security by CleanTalk —> Synchronize with Cloud

    It will fix the issue.

    But why this issue happen?

    We scanned to all of our pcs here for malware and we are clean.

    Can we have more details about what caused to make sure that it is not something malicious from our side?
