Unable to Log In – Forbidden Message & Email/IP Flagged
Description of Issue:
I am unable to log in to the dashboard at:
URL: https://cleantalk.org/my/session- I receive a FORBIDDEN message when attempting to log in.
- Password reset requests are not being delivered.
- I verified my email and IP address against your blocklist and email checker and found:

165.xxx.xxx.xxxreported for spam - 2 websites attacked (discovered Dec 11, 2025; last activity Dec 27, 2025 12:27:33 GMT0)
- Requests from this IP were marked as spam, but the address is not currently blacklisted.

- Your checker also indicates my email address is “fake,” requiring me to use a personal email to access your forum and WordPress.org. I assume WordPress.org uses your services as well.
Impact:
I cannot access my account or reset my password, which is blocking my ability to manage services.Expected Resolution:
Please clarify:- Why my IP/email is flagged as spam/fake despite not being blacklisted.
- Steps to restore access to my account and ensure password reset functionality.
- Whether I need to whitelist my IP/email or provide additional verification.
