    Unable to Log In – Forbidden Message & Email/IP Flagged

    Description of Issue:
    I am unable to log in to the dashboard at:
    URL: https://cleantalk.org/my/session

    • I receive a FORBIDDEN message when attempting to log in.
    • Password reset requests are not being delivered.
    • I verified my email and IP address against your blocklist and email checker and found:
      • IP: 165.xxx.xxx.xxx reported for spam
      • 2 websites attacked (discovered Dec 11, 2025; last activity Dec 27, 2025 12:27:33 GMT0)
      • Requests from this IP were marked as spam, but the address is not currently blacklisted.
    • Your checker also indicates my email address is “fake,” requiring me to use a personal email to access your forum and WordPress.org. I assume WordPress.org uses your services as well.

    Impact:
    I cannot access my account or reset my password, which is blocking my ability to manage services.

    Expected Resolution:
    Please clarify:

    • Why my IP/email is flagged as spam/fake despite not being blacklisted.
    • Steps to restore access to my account and ensure password reset functionality.
    • Whether I need to whitelist my IP/email or provide additional verification.

    Thank you for your assistance. I was able to receive the test email this morning after reviewing my Cloudflare synchronization settings. I identified several affected email addresses and am currently working to resolve those discrepancies.


    Additionally, I appreciate your help in restoring my access to CleanTalk—it’s great to have everything up and running again.
