Support » Plugin: WP Cerber Security, Anti-spam & Malware Scan » Block usernames from specific domains and subdomains

Hi, I’ve built a blacklist of domains and subdomains (there are many spam users who are registered with long subdomain names, that any real user would ever have) who are still creating accounts in my WordPress, although Cerber is installed.

I would love to add this blacklist in the plugin configuration, but I don’t see how to add this list on Cerber.

Is there is way to block registrations from a blacklist of domains and subdomains?

First of all, I recommend enabling Protect registration form with bot detection engine. The checkbox is located on the Antispam admin settings page.

As of now, the plugin doesn’t support the feature you’ve described. But I’m going to implement a similar feature soon. You will be able to specify a pattern for usernames that are allowed to register.

    Thank you Gioni.

It would be great the opposite rule: “patter not allowed to register” (and being able to specify “block all subdomain-based emails”).

Hi! “pattern not allowed to register” is implemented in the last version.
