Block "username" from registering.

    Despite all the antispam plugins I’m using, I’m suddenly getting bombed with fake user registrations for some crap “Online ???? Games” site (eg: “Online Sports Games”, “Online Adventure Games”, etc). The middle word changes, but the username is always the same format. The email address appears to be auto-generated.

    Q: Is there any way to block a particular Username/Usename-format from Registering? Very annoying.
