# Block Spammers / DDos

 * Hello,
 * I need a plugin to protect my website from spammers / DDos attacks. I mean, I
   need something simple to block any user after X number of page requests (200 
   page requests per hour for example).
    I’m having stupid spammers from different
   locations and different IP’s causing loads on the servers browsing everything.
   I only want to grant full access to google bots.
 * I’ve installed last week Wordfence (which looked great) and added some firewall
   rules, but that doesn’t seem to prevent anything.

 * Those are really 2 different problems. One is spam and the other kills your box
   by eating all of your server’s resources.
