Block ip and email address of lister

One of the sites I use wpadverts is a member and non-member site. Which obviously makes it more popular than a member only site. And of course, more susceptible to scammers and makes it harder to keep out the scumbag posts.

Even with recaptcha, the determined souls, non-bots get the job done.

How do we obtain the ip address of those who post and/or block ip and email addresses and/or add them to akismet to stop them in the future?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
