Block Comments by Phrase

I know you can block comments by words, but can that be done by phrase?

For example, I get spam comments about increasing SEO, and they always contain “targeted visitors” or “more visitors.” So, I’d like to block those phrases, but not the words “targeted,” “visitors,” or “more.”
