    how can I block certain post/url or section of post text from my site?

 * By selecting that you want to block certain pages on the Pages tab of the settings
   page of iQ Block Country and selecting those pages you want to block.
 * Posts can be blocked/deblocked by doing pretty much the same thing on the categories
   tab. No individual posts can be blocked/deblocked this goes per category.

 * I want to block a certain post/url. you can add fields for this under post or
   category setting page of plugin
    Also could you define shortcode for section 
   of post text?
