block cannot be translated.

I can’t translate block in admin page.
For example, “Quiz settings”, “Pass Required”, “Passing Grade”, “IF STUDENT DOES NOT PASS QUIZ”, “What students see when reviewing their quiz after grading.” etc. cannot be translated.
I translated all the texts above in the mo file, but the translation is not applied in the admin screen. Everything in the sensei block setting is displayed in English. How can I translate those in the admin page? I translated the above texts in Wpml as well, but it doesn’t work.
