Block background appeared white

I don’t know if I pressed something or it gave a glitch but now background of the block is white instead of black. (remote debugging enabled).

This is strange, who changed these settings!? I’m quite sure I never touched them but many of them are different than defaults. Here is my settings screenshot:

Should I reset all settings?! I’m not sure why Matomo super user is chosen there and if it is good, though I use that plugin.
