block access to website content

Hello.
Congratulations on your work and for allowing us to use it.
I have a question, and after reviewing other users’ queries for 40 minutes, I didn’t find what I need.

• I need to LOCK the website content and prevent the user from manipulating any content or scrolling (links, forms, etc.).
  Is it possible to do this somehow with the plugin?
  I’ve tried several things, but I haven’t been able to get it to work.
