bloated, lack of customization plugin

    I regret downloading the YITH Gift Card plugin. It’s incredibly bloated, slowing down my website with unnecessary features I don’t need. The customization options are severely lacking, which makes it very difficult to tailor it to my specific needs. On top of that, the support team is unhelpful and seems completely uninterested in fixing even basic, generic issues. One major issue is that the email templates can’t be translated through Loco Translate, and when I reached out for assistance, they refused to provide any help. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this plugin.

We ask that you continue the conversation there so we can provide you with better support and avoid duplicating information across different channels.

    Regarding performance, we have not had any reports of slowdowns from our side, nor from the vast majority of our clients, although we understand that each WordPress installation is unique and can be influenced by various external factors (active theme, other plugins, server, etc.).

    Our goal is to find a solution that best suits your needs.
