# Blix problems

 * I have had some problems with the date. In the single post it is correct
 * <em class=”date”><?php the_time(‘jS F, Y’) ?><!– at <?php the_time(‘h:ia’) ?>–

 * with day,month, year
 * but in the main page it is
 * ” class=”permalink” title=”Permalink”><?php the_time(‘jS M, \’y’) ?><!–, <?php
   the_time(‘h:ia’) ?>–>
 * with month, day year,
 * How do i fix it?
 * Also how do i add text to the search box?

 * What do you have for dateformat in control panel/options?
    AFAIK, it will be 
   overridden if the_time() have options set. Did you try editing your index.php
   and use the `<?php the_time('jS F, Y') ?>` from the single?

 * in the control panel it has the (jS m y) and yes i did edit the index.php

   controls the text colour for the main dispatch I need to make it white.

 * Arrrgh, I found what what happend. I was changing the Permalink not the post,
